Accounting Services (Guildford) Limited has been trading for 13 years, unlucky for some not for us or for you. We have steadily built up a client base, some have been with us for the whole time. Although we are based in Guildford, Surrey, many of our clients are outside the immediate area and send their books and records to us when necessary. We also pick up and deliver within a fifteen mile radius. Our clients come to us by word of mouth, we advertise very little. We have links with many accountants who actively promote our services to their clients as they know the final product they get at the year end will be fully reconciled and ready for their special skills in the taxation field and dealing with HMRC. Small businesses and sole traders do not always need an accountant; we can help them with submissions as necessary. We offer a personal service and you will always be able to speak to Nicola our director.
We come to your place of business or we take away and process before returning all records to you, together with the updated data for your accounting package or the updated spreadsheet.
We can also design a spreadsheet for your business for you to complete after training, so that you know exactly how your business is doing.Then we check it for you at the end of your trading year to make sure that all is well, before submission to HMRC and starting again for the next year.
